There is no single right choice for every washroom. The best option depends on how busy the space gets, how you manage waste, and whether you would rather restock consumables or maintain a piece of equipment.

Best for busy periods, food areas and locations without convenient power.

How do I know which refill fits my dispenser?

Start from the dispenser rather than the paper. Each unit is built for a particular format, and the product pages say which ones they take. The Hyginity interfold and folded towel dispensers, for example, are listed as taking Z-fold and W-fold papers from Satino by WEPA. If you are not sure which system you already have, our team will spec it with you.

What is centrepull toilet roll?

Centrepull rolls feed from the middle of the roll outwards rather than unwinding from the outside, which means one sheet comes at a time and the roll does not spin. They need a matching dispenser: our Satino CF2 centrepull rolls run in the CF2 dispensers, and come in recycled, PureSoft and Greengrow versions.

How do I stop a washroom smelling?

Air freshening covers a smell, it does not remove it. Most persistent washroom odour comes from urinals and drains, so the products that actually fix it are urinal screens, blocks and bowl clips at the source, and drain and urinal digestors used on a routine. Once that is under control, air care does its job properly rather than competing with the problem.
